All PoolGear is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products and endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you to arrange an agreeable alternative item, arrange a backorder or a full refund.
PoolGear Refund Policy
Please choose your purchase carefully. All PoolGear will refund payments made if the order has not yet been dispatched or if All PoolGear has sent the incorrect product. All PoolGear will choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website. You can return the product to us and we will arrange manufacturers warranty or we can provide contact details of your nearest authorised warranty agent.
All warranties are handled through the manufacturer. We deal only with reputable companies who handle their warranty situations in a courteous and timely manner. All PoolGear sell the genuine product, we do not sell copies that indicate they will suit or will do the same as the authentic product.
All PoolGear will not be liable and no refund will be made if the customer has ordered an incorrect product or changed their mind. Please note that customers will be responsible for postage and handling costs. In the event that All PoolGear agrees to a refund, there will be a 30% restocking fee. Refused or returned orders will be charged freight both ways. No ‘collect freight’ will be accepted. Returned products must be in their original packaging, in sold as condition and with all manuals and instructions intact. Return freight is the purchaser's responsibility.
